Order Processing & Back-Order Policies

We try our best to keep adequate inventory levels in order to ensure fast and dependable shipments. However, there are rare occasions when an inventory supply is depleted. In these cases, we will email you within 1 business day to inform you that the product is back-ordered. If you wish to cancel your order for the product that is back-ordered then you must reply to our email within 24 hours of it being sent and state what action you want us to take. If you are OK with that product being back-ordered then you can ignore our email message to you.

Ordering Methods we Accept:

Online orders. You can order online using our shopping cart and checkout technology which employs SSL technology for high security.
Fax orders. You can print out and fax the shopping cart web page along with shipping, billing, and credit card information to (847) 930-3463.

Product Returns

If you feel the product you have purchased is defective, please e-mail our office at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   to discuss your situation. Numinatechnologies.com offers a money back guarantee for the purchase price only (shipping and handling charges will not be refunded) of all the products purchased directly from us that have not been used (we are not a rental service) and that are received back by Numinatechnologies.com within 15 days of the invoice date, as long as all the parts, documentation and original packaging is returned. Please include a note explaining your reason for returning the product and refer to the date you have discussed the return with the company representative.

Shipping and Handling

We make every attempt to ship all orders as fast as possible.  Shipping methods such as USPS Priority Express and all UPS services are considered expedited shipping.
We ship to United States customers and around the world. Our standard shipping charge for United States customers is $30.00. We ship by Priority Mail.

Delivery by commercial carrier: DHL, FedEx, UPS is available for additional charge. Please contact our office for details here.
Note:  shipping and handling charges are non refundable, and will not be refunded for any reason.
